Focal Flower Beads by Nanette Young-Greiner One of the U.S.A's leading exponent of glass flower bead making. Each bead an individual work of art. These sunflowers, poppies and clematis are made by Nanette Young-Greiner, she used to make quilts and work in stained glass, until one day while buying glass, she picked up a book called “?making glass beads”, she bought the book, went home and never looked back. She has been creating exquisite flowers from glass ever since. The attention to detail in her flowers is incredible, when you consider they are glass!! The colours are beautiful, and her sunflowers just make you want to smile. Nanette also enjoys making up completed pieces of work using her beads, and is now planning to add new flowers to her collection. She says” creating something that brings joy to the wearer is so completely gratifying – who could ask for more?”
